Carian Collective is a small, deliberately senior team running destination weddings, MICE programmes and private journeys across Bodrum and Istanbul. We don't hand briefs to junior account managers — the producer you meet is the producer who runs the day.

From first call to final transfer. No account team, no hand-offs, no junior planners between you and the decision.

We work in your language
English, German, Arabic, Russian, Turkish — and Italian when the brief asks. We don't outsource translation; producers are bilingual by hire.

Vendors at audited cost
Transparent margins, no hidden mark-ups on third parties. You see the invoice; we earn from a clearly named producer fee.

We say no often
If a venue is wrong for your format, we'll say so. If the budget can't deliver the brief, we'll restructure rather than overpromise.
