Yalıkavak, Bodrum
An olive-grove ceremony for 96
Hilltop estate, Aegean ceremony at six, dinner under fig trees, a yacht to the after-party in Türkbükü. Two cultures, one tablescape.
Destination weddings
Three days, two countries' worth of guests, one producer. Carian Collective designs and runs destination weddings across Bodrum's olive-grove estates and Istanbul's Bosphorus palaces — every vendor briefed, every transfer plotted, every welcome bag in the right room.

What you receive
We replace the binder of vendors with a single producer. Below is what that actually buys you on the day.
01
One senior producer leads every conversation, every WhatsApp, every walk-through — from first call to final transfer.
02
Private estates, palace ballrooms and seaside resorts we know by name — and that know our families by name in return.
03
Florists, photographers, officiants, hair, music, calligraphy — briefed in your aesthetic, contracted, and managed from a single desk.
04
Welcome dinner, the day, the after-brunch, a Bosphorus boat — guests move without instructions, drivers without delay.
05
Producers fluent in English, German, Arabic, Russian and Turkish. Your guests are met in their own language, every time.
06
Weather, customs, paperwork, last-minute substitutions — we hold every plan B in our back pocket, so you never have to.
How we produce
Predictable from the outside, intimate on the inside. Every wedding moves through the same five chapters — pace adjusts to your timeline.
A senior producer reads your brief, calls you within one business day, listens — no decks, no obligation.
We visit venues, taste menus, walk the route — and return with a curated short-list, in your language.
Three editorial proposals, transparent budgets, named vendors. You choose; we contract.
Run-sheets, vendor calls, dry-runs, welcome bags, transfers. We rehearse so you don't have to.
Honeymoon hand-off, photographer delivery, vendor settlements. The brief stays open until everyone is home.
Recent productions
Composite case-studies — names changed, choreography intact.

a 19th-century palace ballroom ballroom, sevillanas at midnight, a fleet of three caïques home along the strait. Production: six months, twelve vendors.
Türkbükü → Cappadocia
Intimate Aegean dinner on Friday, sunrise hot-air balloon vows on Sunday. Private jet between. Producer travelled with the couple.
Practical questions
Twelve to eighteen months is comfortable for a peak-season weekend; we have produced full weddings in nine. Below six months we'll be honest about what's possible.
