Carian Collective DMC is a destination management company registered in Bodrum, Türkiye. This policy explains how we handle the personal data of anyone interacting with our website, inquiry form, WhatsApp accounts, or producer team.
02. What we collect
When you submit our RFP form, we collect your name, email, phone number, event details and any notes you share. When you message us on WhatsApp, we keep the conversation history. We use cookies for analytics and language preferences only — never advertising.
03. Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your inquiry, plan and produce your event, and stay in touch about your trip. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third-party marketers. Vendors we contract on your behalf receive only the information necessary to deliver their service.
04. How long we keep it
Inquiry data is kept for 24 months after our last contact. Booked-event data is kept for seven years to comply with Turkish accounting law. You may request earlier deletion at any time by writing to hello@cariancollective.com.
05. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, port and delete your data under GDPR (if EU resident) and KVKK (Türkiye Personal Data Protection Law). Send any request to hello@cariancollective.com; we respond within 30 days.
