The strait · Istanbul
The Bosphorus isn't a backdrop — it's a venue. Dinner cruises that begin at Ortaköy and end under lit bridges, palace ballrooms that open onto the strait, sultan's pavilions for weddings that look across at empires. We produce on its water and along its shores.
Why the Bosphorus
It's the only urban waterway that doubles as the heart of a luxury destination — and the only one we work on year-round.
Asia and Europe within frame. Every dinner cruise crosses two continents; every waterfront wedding photograph carries an empire on each shore.
Classical caïques, restored Ottoman caïques, motor yachts (18-40m), dinner boats for 12-200 — we know the owners by first name.
Foggy in winter, golden in autumn, hot blue in summer, light pink at dawn. Every season produces a different mood for the same water.
a 19th-century palace ballroom, an Ottoman pavilion, an Art Nouveau palace on the strait, a 19th-century waterfront mansion — venues with private quays for ceremony arrivals by boat.
After 8pm, the three bridges become a colour-changing backdrop. Our DJs and lighting teams sync to them.
Where we produce on the water
Beyond the venues — these are the floating and waterside rooms where most of our productions unfold.
Pavilion

Mansion
Art Nouveau palace built for Egypt's an Art Nouveau palace — used for editorial galas and slow-paced weddings of 80-160.
Caïque

Motor yacht
A 1915 Ottoman ferry restored as a private yacht — wood-panelled lounges, capacity 80 for dinner cruises and corporate galas.
Days on and along the water
Drop into a honeymoon, build a wedding weekend around them, run them as MICE incentive nights.
Dinner cruise
Boarding at Ortaköy 7pm, chef from a signature Istanbul rooftop restaurant, four courses, return after midnight under lit bridges.
Sunrise
Two hours on the water from 5:30am, simit and tea on deck, photographer in the bow. The most underused hour in Istanbul.
Day cruise
Eight hours up the strait to Anadolu Kavağı and back, lunch in Poyrazköy, fortress climbs in the afternoon.
Crossing
Bride and groom arrive at the venue's private quay; guests applaud from the lawn. Most-photographed entrance we produce.
When the water reads best
We work the Bosphorus year-round. Each season delivers a different production palette.
April – June
Calmest mornings of the year. Highest yield for editorial photography and sunrise cruises.
July – August
On the water by 7pm — the strait stays usable through midnight. Indoor ballrooms with terraces win the day.
September – October
Our peak Bosphorus season: warm, light traffic, every boat available, every venue still open.
November – March
Foggy mornings, mysterious evenings. We produce winter dinner cruises with heated decks and brandy carts.
Practical questions
Symbolic ceremonies — yes, easily. Legally-binding civil ceremonies are easier to perform on land; we handle the civil paperwork in the morning, the symbolic afloat.
