Palace hotel
a 19th-century palace ballroom on the Bosphorus
The Ottoman-era ballroom for 240 guests, garden ceremonies on the waterfront, suites for the family on the Asian side. Our most-produced Istanbul venue.

Istanbul · two continents
Istanbul is the only city in the world where dinner can begin in Asia and end in Europe. We produce weddings at a 19th-century palace ballroom, MICE programmes inside the historic Sultanahmet palace after-hours, and honeymoon stays in suites that look across the strait at empires.
Why Istanbul
Two continents, three empires, a strait that runs through the kitchen. Istanbul earns its reputation — but only with the right producer.
a 19th-century palace ballroom, a heritage hotel in Sultanahmet, a historic grand hotel in Beyoğlu, a 19th-century waterfront mansion — we contract directly with the venues and brief our private chefs into their kitchens.
Boutique events on Burgazada and Heybeliada, intimate dinners on the Anatolian shore, blockbuster venues on the European side. We move guests across without delay.
a signature Istanbul rooftop restaurant, a heritage-driven Istanbul restaurant, a modern Istanbul restaurant, a Bosphorus-front Istanbul restaurant, a neighborhood-favorite Istanbul kitchen — we hold the tables that disappear from public booking systems on weekends.
Istanbul doesn't close. We produce indoor and rooftop events from January through December, with covered ceremonies for shoulder seasons.
The world's largest airport terminal. We meet jets at the gate; fast-track immigration typically runs under fifteen minutes. Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) serves the Asian side.
Venues we know by name
A short list — the rooms we walk through monthly. Each one a year-round partner, each one with our producers on speed-dial.

How a stay here flows
Sequenced into honeymoons, slipped into wedding weekends, used as MICE incentive afternoons.
Strait
Boarding at Ortaköy at 7pm, chef from a signature Istanbul rooftop restaurant, music tuned to a private DJ, return after midnight.
Empire
Doors close at five; ours opens at six. Curator-led, two hours, candle-lit. Photography by arrangement.
Bazaar
8am access before the public, three jewellers we trust, coffee with the carpet dealer who supplies our weddings.
Hammam
A private hour at the oldest hammam in Istanbul, designed by Sinan in 1584. We close it for our couples.
When to come
Each season offers a different palette. The strait stays photogenic in all four.
April – early June
Istanbul Tulip Festival, mild light for photography, terraces still novelties. Our favourite for honeymoon stays.
Late June – early September
Best on the water — Bosphorus dinners and Princes' Islands. Indoor ballrooms over outdoor for daytime.
Mid-September – early November
Our favourite shoulder season: warm, light traffic, every venue still open. Highest editorial yield for weddings.
November – March
Istanbul becomes mysterious. We produce winter weddings, MICE indoor programmes and operas-with-dinner pairings.
Practical questions
Istanbul Airport (IST) is the new hub on the European side, served by every long-haul carrier. Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) on the Asian side is closer to Anatolian-side hotels. We meet you at either.
