01. Acceptance of terms
By using cariancollective.com, submitting our RFP form or engaging our services, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the site or our services.
02. Our services
Carian Collective DMC provides destination management, event production, travel curation and concierge services. Specific scope, deliverables, fees and timelines are agreed in writing for each booking via a signed Production Agreement.
03. Bookings and payment
All bookings require a signed Production Agreement and deposit. Payment schedules, cancellation terms and force majeure provisions are detailed in each agreement. The website itself is informational and does not constitute a binding offer.
04. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photographs, design — is the property of Carian Collective DMC or licensed to it. You may not reproduce, redistribute or use this content commercially without written permission.
05. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carian Collective DMC is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from website use. Liability for our services is governed by the Production Agreement signed for each booking.
06. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul courts, unless mandatory consumer law dictates otherwise.
